Permission Forms

Why do we have permission forms?

The short answer is because we respect you.

We are trying to increase our social media presence and understand that having one’s picture posted on the church bulletin board or be included in the monthly newsletter is very different from it being available for anyone to see on our website, Facebook or other social media platform.

Communication is important to us

We want to make sure that every member of out congregation is aware of our social media push and has an opportunity to think through the implications.

Is my decision final?

No, you may change your mind anytime. We do need any changes written on the appropriate form and turned in to Carole in the church office.

If I don’t want to give permission, do I still need to fill out a form?

Yes. As you can see below, there is a form to grant permission and one to refuse permission. It is important that we have a written record of your decision so no one makes assumptions about your choice.
